Directions: Review the new "Returning Students" policy from your packet and answer the following questions in the Google Doc that your Instructor shared with you.

Answer each question with complete sentences. Please include "Returning Students" at the top of the page and number your answers. If questions are not completed as outlined in the directions, the assignment will be returned to you.

Section Two: Reflection

Directions: Please answer the following questions in your Google Doc with a 3 - 5 sentence paragraph per question. Please include "Reflection" at the top of the page and number your answers.

  1. Why are you coming back now? (“I want to get my diploma” is not a sufficient answer)

  2. Identify three challenges that prevented you from completing the program during your last enrollment. (Challenges should be detailed and specific)

  3. What changes have you made to help you manage these challenges?

Directions: On you Google Doc, list 3 possible solutions to the following challenges. Answer each question with complete sentences. Please include "Anticipating Challenges" at the top of the page and number your answers. If questions are not completed as outlined in the directions, the assignment will be returned to you.
