CMAs are a vital link between patients and the medical team, performing duties like scheduling, maintaining records, taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, collecting lab samples, and assisting with minor procedures.

You may withdraw from the class up until the first session and receive a refund, minus the $100 application fee and the cost of the textbook (unless the textbook is returned in new condition). After this date, no refunds will be issued. This no-refund policy also applies if the CMA Program is canceled, extended, or postponed.
If you are dismissed from the program, you will not receive a refund. Agencies such as EMDC (or others providing funding) will also not be refunded and may choose not to support future training. Depending on the reason for dismissal, funds already paid may be transferred to another course.
Participants are expected to attend 100% of the scheduled classes.
